This PR removes the preview version string from the Azure Key Vault (AKV) NuGet package version in the official build pipeline, transitioning from a preview to a stable release version format.
- Removes the
${{ variables.versionPreview }}component from thenugetPackageVersionvalue - Comments out the previous version string that included the preview component for reference
